INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sachet Colmans Korean Style BBQ Seasoning Mix
  • 600 g chicken breasts diced
  • 100 ml water
  • 160 g red pepper diced
  • 40 g spring onion sliced
  • 300 g Chinese cabbage
  • 500 g cooked rice

METHOD

  1. Mix the Colman's Korean BBQ seasoning with the water and pour over the chicken. Place the chicken and peppers on to a tray and place under a hot grill, or in a hot oven.

  2. Cool for 8-9 minutes, or until cooked through, turning halfway through.

  3. Sprinkle over the spring onions and service with shredded cabbage and cooked rice.
