How to cook:
1. Melt 25g (1oz) of butter in a saucepan.
2. Empty the contents of the sachet into the saucepan and blend with the butter.
3. Gradually stir in 300ml of milk.
4. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
